Dirt Days is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We accept payments via Stripe to maintain your security.
Refunds
For one day adventures: If you cancel seven days or more in advance you will receive a refund of the price paid minus processing fees.
For multi-day adventures: Deposits are refundable for five days after receipt minus processing fees; balance payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after the refund period but more than thirty days in advance of the start of the tour, you are not eligible for a refund but we will credit 50% of your payment towards a future tour within six months of your originally scheduled tour.
All purchases are also fully transferable to a different participant.
All merchandise is final sale.
WAIVER
All participants must execute a waiver of liability and general release of claims prior to participating in any tour.
